Sometimes the most helpful next step is a clear picture of what's going on. I offer structured assessments using standardized, research-based questionnaires alongside a clinical interview. An assessment can help answer questions like "Is this ADHD?", "Could I be on the autism spectrum?", or "Why do I keep getting stuck in the same patterns?" — and it gives us a roadmap for counseling.
Full Diagnostic Profile ($1,000) — A comprehensive look at mood, anxiety, personality, and other areas of concern, with diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
Targeted Assessment ($750) — Focused on one specific question, such as ADHD, autism, or OCD.
Initial Profile without Diagnosis ($350) — A strengths-and-growth snapshot of personality, emotional health, and patterns. Helpful for personal growth, counseling goals, or ministry and leadership development.
Standardized tools may include:
Mood, anxiety & stress: DASS-42, ADAMS, Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ)
ADHD & executive functioning: Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1), ESQ-R
Autism spectrum: AQ, RAADS-R, CAT-Q
Personality: IPIP-NEO-120 (Big Five), PID-5-SF
Patterns, relationships & emotions: Maladaptive Schema Scale, ASQ-SF, DERS, ATQ-B
Most questionnaires are completed online through a secure link, so our time together can focus on you. You'll receive a Good Faith Estimate before we begin.
